3phase Linear Actuator in Magnetically Lavitated Linear Slider with Non-contact Power Supply
This paper presents a linear actuator which magnetically levitated a linear motor using non-contact power supply. A prototype of the system is designed and implemented. The simulation results confirm the validity of the proposed system
