Robust Control of a Magnetic Bearing System Using Constantly Scaled H-infinity Control
In this paper, we propose a design method for a robust controller of a magnetic bearing system with structured time-varying uncertainties. We apply the method of constantly scaled H8 control to this system. The constantly scaled H8 controller is solved by using a dual iterative algorithm based on LMI constraints. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the control effects.
